Exercising my 911 skills

Today some idiot ran a stop sign and plowed into a student's car. Not only that, but she continued to drive until the student's car was entirely on the curb and pushed into yet another car. All at parking lot speeds. Fortunately no one was hurt but I called the police to make sure that retard's license got revoked.
